You did what you said you would. In the time frame. Our carpet has never looked so good

We’ve always used Stanley Steamer but had a very bed experience with the last guys that cleaned our carpets, so we decided to try ZeroRez instead. I was under the assumption ZeroRez was a lot more expensive but they weren’t, so we tried them. We were very happy with the guy that came. He really seemed to take his time and do a thorough job, which we appreciated. And had us double check his work to make sure we were happy before he left each area. Our carpets were so much cleaner than we’ve experienced before with cleaning and not as wet afterwards. We will definitely use ZeroRez in the future.

We had you come on Tuesday to do 2 rooms and a stairway. We had you do pet treatment on the 2 bedrooms. The smell has never improved and so tonight my husband got out our bissell and went over one room. After the 4th run we are still getting black water and soap out of the carpet. I videoed and took pictures of the dirty water and will be going down tomorrow to Zerorez to show and speak to someone. Very very unhappy! We were charged $255.00 for the service which is absolutely ridiculous for the horrible outcome that is very obvious.

I have had accidents which have cleaned right up after they have applied protectant. Carpets look new and dry rapdily.

The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Excellent job on the stairs. Everything looked great and smelled great. Non-invasive during the cleaning and quick drying after they were gone.
My first experience with Zerorez was fantastic. This second was not. The carpets did not seem as clean as the first time and seemed to have some of the oily pre-cleaning residue still on them. Which concerns me because I think it will hold the dirt and get dirtier quicker.
Also, the tile surrounding the cleaned carpet and the tile path out to the door all had quite thick oily pre-cleaning residue on them (either from the hoses and/or the cleaning person tracking it). I had to scrub with wet swiffers twice to clean them.
Additionally, the cleaning kept getting delayed about an 1 1/2 hours after I had anticipated it putting us late to our holiday party. The main office did offer me to reschedule for the next day but I had furniture being delivered so I had to have it the original day scheduled.
What to make it right? In a few months as the carpets get dirtier faster, come back and redo it (making sure to clean up after yourselves).
