I think you could improve on your price and your communication.
I felt the price was high for the items that were not on the Jan special.
There was an issue with the cleaners not being able to work for the first few hours of their appointment and I was hoping the company would come to bat with a deep discount to accommodate for the inconvenience,but no one has contacted me.

Much appreciation to our sales rep who went out of his way to make things right. That being said, the tech showed up with no instructions on what the job entailed. He ended up having to come back another day for several hours. There was a very serious lack of communication on ZeroRez's part. There was a definite need for understanding how to do business with commercial properties (as opposed to residential).
The technicians were very professional and efficient and went above and beyond. I had two small decorative bed pillows I needed cleaned in addition to my mattress and they threw it in no charge. I really appreciated it. And will definitely use zerorez in the future.

How nice everything looks when you’re done
Zerorez removed some just ordinary dirt that I didn’t know could be removed. We had some dirty paths from walking in from the garage into the hall and they were able to make it look like new! We loved our technician and will be able to keep our carpet for several more years! Thanks
Our carpets always look so good after Zerorez has cleaned them and they stay looking good longer than when I've used other companies. They also dry more quickly.
The fellows were punctual, polite and informative. They came to my home st the beginning of the timeframe I requested. They did a great job!
The technician was thorough and even moved some items out of the way for me. The carpet looks great and it was dry by the time we went to bed--he came about 1:30. He also advised me to clean my wood kitchen floor with vinegar and water instead of my regular cleaner, which he said left a residue which could be tracked onto the carpet. I have used Zerorez for several years and have always been satisfied.
No other company has cleaned our carpets in the last 20 years. We love the efficiency of the scheduling, the notification of the time of arrival and the updates regarding when the technician will arrive. We appreciate the care they take of the furniture, the walls and the floors in our home while cleaning the carpets. When they leave, the carpet is clean and it stays that way. Nothing left behind to attract dirt.
Excellent service, results and value
I was curious about the special water and tried the 3 room special for $79. The technition was professional and worked hard. No complaints with him. And I had some traffic stains that I could not get out with my Hoover shampooer. So I would pay the pro this time.
I was dissappointed in the final cost, with required "add ons", especially since the soiled traffic areas did not get completely clean, there is still a "ghosting", and was told that was the best they could do, even though the few tough stain spots came out, but not all the dirt. And it was not as soft to walk on as I emagined it would be.
I recall a rental unit that the carpet was trashed, and the conventional carpet shampooing service got ALL of the stains out, I was surprised to not have to replace that carpet.
Although he said it was not necessary. The next day after it completely dried, as I always do, I vaccuumed with my thouroughly cleaded Shark vac to see what came up. I had to empty the canister twice and it was full of dark gray dust and some carpet fibers....like a normal vacuuming before any carpet cleaning.
I was expexting very little, almost white dust, like after I rinse the carpet myself with my Hoover using distilled water.
It was an expensive lesson to learn. I probilbly will not do this again.
