How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpet took a LOT longer to dry than usual. It was really wet when the guys left and now that it is dry the carpet is really stiff. The guys who did the work were very professional and friendly, however. Sorry to take so long to respond. I got a new phone and had a hard time with a password to get in to my email account.

Matt was our service representative and he was so personable and efficient that I think he deserves a raise!! (And, no, he is not a relative, nor did we know him before he came to our front door with his smile and equipment!)
