We can trust that our carpet will be clean
Our carpet man came on time and we think the carpets look terrific. The drying time wasn't too long for a very snowy and cold day. About ten hours. We will definitely call you again.

The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of water left in the carpet at the edge of the dining room. So I had to use old towels to soak it up.

I liked that your product doesn't leave a film on the carpet. I liked that the workers were fast. It was kind of disconcerting that they left the door wide open all the time they were here and it was freezing outside, but I realize that they had to have it open for the big hose to come in the house. I thought that maybe they could have closed it a little bit and just left room for the hose. But nevertheless they were fast and efficient and wore shoe covers.
