I Feel like the technician was in a rush as it was the end of the day. And he didn’t put in any effort to remove stains besides going over it twice. I’ve heard so many good things about Zerorez so I was a little disappointed. Nothing special compared to other companies I’ve worked with.

This the second time in recent years that I have used your services. I don't remember his name but the young man who cleaned our carpets was a perfect gentleman. He was pleasant, worked efficiently and also offered other services to make our environment as nice as possible. I like your product because it seems to get the carpets cleaned but does not leave a soap residue to collect dirt so that the carpets need to be cleaned again (what seems like sooner).
I will use your service again when it is needed and certainly recommend it to others.
