We had our couches cleaned. This is the second time we have used Zerorez to clean our couches. They came out looking great. There were a couple spots that showed up when the couches dried and Zerorez came back out and took care of those areas. It was a pricey service, but my couches look a lot better.
I called To get some clients carpets cleaned and Zerorez came out the very next business day and did a fantastic job. Our carpet tech was nice as could be and very efficient. I will call them every time I need carpets cleaned.

I thought the man did a pretty good job. There were a few pet urine spots on the carpet that I am not satisfied with him getting out. Also there were 2 spots on my furniture he tried to get out and it slighly discolored them? please contact me.

This is the second time we have used zerorez.
Both times the technician was great. But each time we were left with big stains. The first time it took 3 return visits to get it out. But when done it looked great.
This time same problem but much ... Much worse.
We need u to please come back ASAP.
