very quick and professional.
I liked the fact that I was informed all along the way as to when to expect my techs. It wasn't like some places that give you a four or five hour window and then they show up five minutes after the fifth hour. I was called the day before and again when they were on their way, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated the fact that you could tell Don wasn't happy unless I was happy. He even came back because I had a couple of spots that didn't come out the first time. When I called I wasn't sure if there was anything we could do. Maybe they just weren't going to come out. They came out the second time around though and the couch looks great.
Technician was knowlagable, friendly, explained everything clearly, explained optional services but didn’t push them on you. On time and always smoked

I liked the guy that showed up to clean and i like how he gabe me recommendations on products to put on my carpet. I thought the carpet coating was a little pricey though.

I felt that you could improve your system of scheduling appointments.
We were told that we would be the first appointment of the day, and that is not what occurred.
I tried to request being the first person in the day and was willing to schedule as far out as needed to accomplish this and still didn’t see the techs until noon. I would love to be able to schedule so that it doesn’t conflict with my work.

The carpet technician was so thorough and so much a gentleman. He was concerned and worked hard to leave my carpet as clean as possible. I need it so it’s probably the best job I’ve ever had. I attribute that to zero razz is product and the technician

The cleaner didn’t hit some of the edges and corners that were easily accessible. There is a stark difference where he cleaned and where he missed. It does show that zerorez is a very good technique in the areas that were cleaned. I just wish he had been a little more thorough as he moved through my home
The first technician that came to my house was rude and arguementative. He kept saying that they were going to ha e to charge me more, my landing would have to be a “room” and my hallway was “oversized”. I have had my carpets cleaned several times by Zerorez and no other technician has ever said that or made additional charges. Then he just up and left my house. I contacted customer service and they were rude too. Defending the technician.

It’s easy to get an appointment and the price is very reasonable.
I like the fact that the carpets dry very fast. Also, in having pet stains removed, they never re-appear in a few months.
Crazy quick, but that led me to believe it wasn’t as thorough a cleaning as perhaps it could be. Also came literally at the end of the window of time. 8-12. Showed up at 11:40. That really messed with our schedules. It wasn’t a bad experience just not a great one. I feel like I got a discounted rate job but then again, that’s also what I paid for since we used the food drive discount. The carpets really don’t appear to be that clean though.
