They clean well, the products are safe for babies just learning to crawl, and when they clean your stair they don’t clean just the top of the stair, they clean the rolled part and the entire carpeted stair.

I had heard of your product and the water Zerorez uses. The guys were pleasant and answered all the questions I had to my satisfaction . The work was done fast and thorough. The black footprints and tracks at the entrance of the rooms are gone. The carpets were mostly dry to walk on by evening. There was no noxious chemical smell left behind, like you usually get from other carpet cleaning places. Thanks for your service. We are very satisfied.

I was hoping for a better, wow experience. To me this was a run of the mill carpet cleaning experience to me, with classic after the fact sales pitch add-ons.
First off I mentioned that I needed to add a stairway to the cleaning schedule and asked what that cost would be - this was fine. I then informed the technician of how I figured my estimate on your website, he charged me an over sized room charge (it is a larger room, however he did not measure), and an extra room charge for a 32SF bathroom, straight off the end of the hallway that was included - based on my perception of rooms and SF I feel like I was nickle and dimed.
Next the pre treatment was applied, and then agitated. Once the carpet was agitated I was called out to review what was pulled up so far - after the entire level had been agitated - In my opinion there was not much junk, but the technician tried to sell me protectant (which was never discussed or mentioned on the web estimate, or brought up when he arrived at my place). I decided against it based on how I felt about the process at that time.
The question preceding this survey asked how likely I am to recommenced zerorez. I feel I gave an honest answer. I might but I might not. I don't feel I got anything different out of Zerorez then I do using other carpet cleaners. I went with zerorez due to some recommendations both on the radio and another person. In the future I will shop around and do a little more digging.
As far as how you can make it right, don't nickle and dime me, and don't sell me stuff in the middle of a service after a price has been agreed on - that is just shady used car salesman stuff and I don't appreciate it.

10! Great service

The technician was exceptional. I'd love to hire him again.

The prices were not fair. I was quoted over $600 for what would be 4 hours of work.

I asked the tech to call so I could talk to someone to negotiate a fair price. Whomever he called wouldn't talk to me and told him no on negotiating prices.

For example, I spilled something on my 2 car seats (about a 4" square spot on each). I was happy to pay $10 for each seat, for 5 minutes of cleaning on each of them. I was told $40 was the minimum I would have to pay.

I would have been a lifetime customer had the supervisor worked with me fairly. Now, I will try a smaller company that doesn't have rigid practices.

Also, the cleaning van leaked 9 spots of oil on my driveway. : (
