Excellent product. Dries quickly feels very nice. Only problem was that after walking in socks on the wet carpet then walking on laminate/wood flooring, we could clearly see residue (not just water) which we had to mop out.
The technician who came, I believe his name was Fernando, was so helpful in trying to help me with a couple of stains. He was awesome. Thank you for the extra effort Fernando! The cherry coke stain is gone.
Zerorez is my favorite carpet cleaner. We have previously used them to clean our tile and we loved the result - the tile grout looked new.
We had to have two technicians. FERNANDO WAS AWESOME! The first guy (Paulo?) needs some help learning how to relate to dissatisfied customers. Otherwise, we are happy with the work done.

our technician was awesome. he came in a timely manner. he worked hard, and told us everything he was doing. he offered us the extended warranty protectant, and explained it so we could understand. He was great.
Be more careful not to scratch up woodwork like banister posts
The technician, Spencer was so kind and efficient. I liked that he put coverings over his shoes, as it was a stormy day. He did a wonderful job cleaning the tile and did it in a timely manner.
The scheduler was welcoming when she took my call, answered my questions and efficiently helped me select a day that would work for me. On the day of cleaning the operator was on time and did a wonderful job on my chairs.
Your technicians are thorough and explain everything they will be doing. They are friendly, but the concentrate on getting the job done, and they do a good job.

I was happy with the cleaning of my carpet and the two young men who preformed the cleaning. My carpet was installed almost 13 years ago so I know it’s older. The heavier traffic areas did not turn out as clean as I had hoped though. So I was a little disappointed about that. The young man asked if I had any areas that I would like him to go over but honestly it was hard to tell because the carpet was still wet. To improve, it might be better to offer to come back if there are areas to do over.
We were very happy with the service and cleaning done by Sawyer. The only reason I did not give you a 10 is I just thought the carpet would be dry sooner and it was still damp in areas the next day. I thought Zerorez did not use so much water to saturate the pad underneath.
I have had heaters out all day trying to speed up the process.
I don't remember in the past having to wait this long for my carpet to dry.

I do not feel that the carpet was that clean after the cleaning took place. When I walked on it in my barefeet there were some wet spots but others felt dry and they had just left within the hour. Also some areas were there were spots they are still just as prominent. I just wasn't very pleased with the cleaning. The service people were nice but the service was objectionable.
