I was given a quote over the phone. I thought it was a little high but she said the technician would let me know the correct amount after he gets here and evaluates the house. He told me the same price. He didn’t do as much cleaning as the time before and it was more? Just surprised.
I loved that you don’t use chemicals to clean with. Riley Cox was also very professional and nice. I love that my carpets are clean!

Good morning! Chad was in my home on December 3 to complete a carpet cleaning project. He was fast and efficient and so courteous. And I remarked to him that I appreciated him setting up the corner covers to protect the door woodwork from the hose. Nice! Hadn't been done before. I would definitely recommend Zerorez as a preferred source for carpet cleaning, and Chad was an excellent and totally competent technician in getting the job done right!
Had a couple of wet spots that took longer than 24 hours to dry, but overall was pleased,

I was super impressed with my couch cleaning! The technician Jeff was very professional and did a wonderful job! We have a white couch that look almost like new. The guys were great, but I believe the math was done incorrectly on a rug I had cleaned, which meant I was charged $45 instead of $35. That's an almost 30% markup.
