The gentleman that came to clean our carpets was courteous and careful of our belongings. The carpets and upholstery came very clean and we were excited that no residue meant they wouldn’t attract dirt. The cost was very reasonable.

There were a few stains/spots that they didn’t get along the edges of the carpet. :( They ask you how it looks when it’s wet and you can’t walk on it yet to look around, so there’s now way to really know until it dries if they got it all.

I feel that my home was easier than quoted and he was in and out really fast because of the prep I had done and there was no adjustment to the invoice. The carpets look nice.

My dresser was damaged by a stain from a cleaning bottle detergent, my bill was way over the estimate, and my carpet feels like crunchy cheetos. Hopefully I'll be hearing soon from a representative that's supposed to come out. HUGE inconvenience and cost.

The scheduling was a NIGHTMARE!! I was told 2 different times one of which is not in the time frame I chose and then you guys called 3 hours too early to come. I was still at work so I talked to a manager who didn’t even offer a resolution. I figured out a way to have someone come let them in as I couldn’t reschedule and demanded a discount (which should of been offered I feel like for my inconvenience). I also do not feel like my stairs or hallway got that clean.
Daniel was your representative in our home for Zerorez. He was very professional, kind, willing to work with out problems, punctual, appreciative and helpful. He knew exactly how he wanted to work with the problems we presented to him. We were surprised at how quickly the work began and was then completed. We had done all the preparation Zerorez asked of us and welcomed Daniel when he arrived. It is important to do your part of the preparation.
The price of the work was very acceptable to us.
We appreciate the very good outcome and solution to our problems.
