The technician was quick and friendly. And the results were excellent.
From scheduling the appointment to the reminder texts, the call from technician to let us they are on the way, to the superb job our technician did.... it was an easy flawless experience AND Camille did a fabulous job on the carpets!! Thank you Zerorez!!!

Zerorez makes everything as convenient as possible. I asked to adjust my appointment the day before and they made it work, I got a call letting me know when my cleaner was coming. The cleaners are careful, informative, helpful, and do an excellent job, they are fast, and they make sure they have covered everything and helped with everything.
Your radio promotion sells each room but then you have very expensive additional fees for pets, etc

Clean carpets. Friendly and well groomed technicians.
The technician was nice but seemed a little young. My husband was concerned with the way he drug the hoses through the house. He didn’t take enough care to not scratch the wood floor or the corners of doors and walls. Besides that we enjoyed our experience.
Called before came and gave handy tips on how to treat pet accidents.
I like that there are no chemicals to clean the carpets.
Spencer was quick and friendly. He was also very friendly to our dogs. The carpet looks brand new, and I don’t have to worry about introducing unknown chemicals into our home.

My carpets look great. I did think cleaning my travertine was quite pricey.
Answered all my questions. Technicians were thorough and did an excellent job. The carpets look better than ever.

Fast and friendly but upon leaving the guy said it looks good for 15 year old carpet! What?!? That isn't nice to say even if it was 15 years old. And it is only 8, almost half that age. Still upset up about.

None of the stains came out in any of the areas I had treated
Carpet is 1 1/2 yr old and all of the walking areas didn’t lighten at all... no difference in the carpets after they were cleaned

Carpets dry quickly and stay cleaner.
I liked that my carpets came out clean. I had the traffic protector put on. I have not used it before and haven’t had enough time to know how well it works, but so far so good.

Dante was great - he was on time, worked quickly, and did a great job.
Great service and our technician was wonderful. A few higher traffic areas didn’t get as clean as we’d have liked but some other stains we thought were set were lifted. It was a great experience.
Everything went super smooth, the guy came in was extremely friendly, treated everything we asked him to and was done fairly quickly. We will definitely be using zerorez again.
