I have used Zerorez several times, but this last time you sent 1 person, vs. 2, and he did the same area in less time then 2 people previously. I don't think he was really interested in giving me your best.
I was extremely pleased that the technician was able to get a stain out of our carpet that I didn't think would come out. He also was able to loosen a tough hardened spot of slime from our teenage daughter! I was very pleased with the service!

Jared was our best technician so far. He was prompt, fast, and professional. He cleaned an area rug that I'd been told was uncleanable and was simply worn out. It is nearly 30 years old so that seemed believable. But Jared was able to make it look like new. Thank you Zerorez!

The person who cleaned my carpets was very good. My carpets seem to stay cleaner longer. My carpets look great. Will call again.
Overall everything looks great. The only issue was along the edge of my son's bed, I felt like they did not clean close enough to his bed frame, probably to avoid the bed skirt. Other than that, everything looked good and smells clean.
