Technician was great but Just the plain fact the my cheap 80$ vacuum in 1 pass is still picking up and almost getting 1/2 way full up with hair dirt and rocks 7 days after that it was cleaned is really disappointing and sad when you claim to have the best cleaning solutions for carpets in the market?

For our first encounter with ZeroRez, we got a friendly and quick technician and he did a great job. Carpets and flooring all look fantastic and the house doesn’t have that wet-nasty smell left behind by some other cleaners we’ve tried.
You give a quote for a room BUT the closest is extra. Really jus tell me up front not wait till the guy comes to shampoo the carpet. I’ve had u come for the last 5 yrs next time I’m going to check around
The cost to do my rugs were ridiculous over priced. You don’t do anything different than my carpets why so much more?

I didn't have a great experience with the scheduling, but the cleaning tech, Michael, was very professional, prompt, thorough, and just did a really great job. Being 38 weeks pregnant, he also was concerned about the bio cleaning enzyme stuff bothering me and had me smell it slightly beforehand just to be sure it was alright. I really appreciated it. Because of his level of professionalism, it truly made all the difference, and we will be using this company again in the future and recommending it.

I loved how simple it was to book my appointment online. The day of my appointment, the customer ahead of me cancelled and the office called and offered me an earlier time slot. I appreciated the tech, Hunter, calling when he was on his way. Hunter was very courteous and friendly. My carpet looked better than I imagined it could and it took him just over an hour. The pricing matched what I was quoted online. Exceeded my expectations. Thanks, Zerorez!

Not charge so much for pet odor
What can I say? Our dog likes to pee everywhere but where she's supposed to. You can imagine the odor this creates over time. The choice for us was to either replace or professionally clean our carpets. We went on a hunch and picked Zerorez. We paid more for the pet treatment but at least we don't have to replace carpet. For the first time in over a year we can finally breathe fresh air without getting nauseous.
