My carpeting isn’t soaked afterward. Gets out stains. Stains don’t come back right afterward.

I like how clean my carpet is following their work. I find they do excellent work. My carpets were very soiled and the work performed by the technician could not have been better.

Your technicians were great. The did their best, very professional. NO complaints at all with any of them. We just wound up with a stain in my office that wasn't there when we started. No clue what could have caused it. It showed up slowly as it started drying. There dry it got, the darker the stain became. It was around 4" or 5" in diameter and a reddish/brown color. We called and a 2nd technician came out and he was great as well. Super polite, great young man! He worked on it and it looked to us like it was better than before, but as it turns out the spot is now about 8" or 9" in diameter and it also got progressively darker as the carpet dried. Pretty frustrated as it's right in our entry way. The carpets were cleaned just before we moved into the place about 3 years ago. This is the first time we got the carpets cleaned since then. I really have no idea what could have caused this stain to appear out of nowhere. Thanks for your help.

Super nice and helpful technician. He was able to get oil stains out of my light colored carpet. My carpets look, feel and smell so clean!

Everything was perfect! Such a great tech who walked me through every stain with his light and explained what each one could be and he was right in according to what I knew the stains were. He got them all put ant it has been a week and still no stains are coming back! I have used zerorez 4 times abs will never go anywhere else! The also did my 8 year olds time snd it looks brand new again!

Service was easy to book, crew was on time and efficient. Very satisfied with quality of cleaning. I was disappointed, however, that the workers did not automatically wear masks or offer to do so while in our home. Given low vaccination rates in Utah and increasing community spread of covid, I feel this is still a minimum benchmark of professionalism at this time.

The worker that leaned the carpet was amazing! I was told on the phone to put our area rug outside on cement because it couldn’t be cleaned on a wood floor. So with help we put it outside! It just so happens that it rained and soaked the carpet so it couldn’t be cleaned according to our cleaner so he suggested that I call the office and have someone stop by and clean it! I called the office today and was told no one could show up until Monday! That is too late; it may rain again and we’re expecting over 20 people here this weekend who will be parking on in this area! It is very inconvenient that we have to figure out how to get the dirty carpet back into the house again! I don’t consider this situation something that I would recommend to anyone!!!!!!!

We were finishing up a project in the backroom and asked them to start downstairs. They pushed to start in that very room where we were working and ended downstairs (opposite of our request). They also said that because we had lots of pet smell/stains that the work wouldn't be guaranteed unless we spent extra money to treat these stains. We started with a $311 quote and ended with a bill of over $900 for a couple of hours of work because they said each square foot they would treat for pets would be $75/gallon, which is hard to believe that a square foot could take 1 gallon of treatment. We have always loved Zerorez and used them extensively in California. This experience was kind of shocking.

The team member that came to my house was great! He was prompt, polite, and very professional. I give the team a 10 for sure.

The service was VERY expensive. I was expecting to pay about $200-300 and the final cost was over $800. I'm not sure if the final "product" was worth the cost yet because the carpets are not dry.

The technician was willing to do what ever it takes to get my dirty carpets clean! He went the extra 10 miles to make me a happy customer! Mike
