Our carpet looks so much better, but on the flyer in the money mailer it said the carpet would be the cleanest it had ever been, which it feels clean, it just didn't completely take away some of the look from the traffic areas. I put clean with looking clean, too.

Your services are far too expensive. In my case I was charged $440.00. I was charged $140.00 for the special (4 rooms and a hallway). I was then charged an additional $140.00 for removal of a dozen pet stains. I was then charged $160.00 for your carpet protectant plan (Maxim Advantage). This $160.00 charge included a $40.00 charge for having a large living room
I agreed to the Maxim Advantage plan as it sounded like a good deal. For the life of me I am unable to figure out the $140.00 charge for pet stain removal. Your technician cleaned the carpet one time only. I didn't notice any additional cleaning going on, other than the regular cleaning.
I can't recommend your services to someone else based on the way I was charged.
Carpets stay cleaner much longer than when soaps are used as in traditional carpet cleaning. I have watched other carpet cleaners go around an spray the scented soaps on the carpet knowing it does not all get extracted back out.

The professional way that the cleaning was done and that they did not use soap which leaves a residue within the carpets. They arrived within the specified time and I did receive a call letting me know that they would be here within a 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour of my appointment time.
Carpet was cleaned, tech showed up within window of time indicated.
I was very happy with my service from Zerorez! The technicians were very nice and professional. I was afraid they'd try to sell me every service under the sun and I hate that. I called because I wanted my carpets cleaned, that's it. I was pleasantly surprised because they didn't push me at all to make me try other services. They were done quickly and they did a superior job! Our carpets look great! I'll highly recommend Zerorez to others.

I agreed to have my granite countertops sealed, then after the work was done was charged more than the price I had agreed to. I paid for an extra pet service in my living room, yet the one spot I was concerned about was still crusty from the baking soda I had used. The technician did not do a good job of cleaning the granite before sealing my countertops. Before he left, I noticed food spots on the island, so he redid it, but after he left I found lots of food spots that I could just scrape off with my fingernail that had not been cleaned prior to the sealing. Very disappointing to pay so much for countertop sealing that was done on top of food spots in at least 30 spots that I found.
I like the fact that no soaps are used when cleaning my carpet. I really was ready to buy new carpet last fall, but could not afford it. I had Zerorez clean my carpet and the carpet looks great again.
The work was better than any other carpet cleaning service I have used. The carpets dried faster and cleaner than any I have used previously. I have rental properties and I tell
the tenants that I will only use Zerorez to clean the carpets in my properties. Right in
my contracts I state that the carpets have to be professionally cleaned. I tell the tenants that means Zerorez.
Everything this carpet has never looked clean. I have had this carpet cleaned about 3 times from a different company and it still looked dirty. I cam amazed this carpet is old but honestly it looks new now. SO SO SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE BUT YOU AND WILL DEFIENTLY TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOU.
I liked the price, I am on a very strict limited budget and the only way I could afford it was the $59 special. Although I would have liked other areas cleaned, I couldn't afford it. I hope to get in on another special to do the other areas. I was impressed with the job.

Quality of your service. Very professional.
The rep. kept coming back to make sure we were satisfied. He explained everything to us and was willing to redo our floor to make us happy. A supervisor came with him the second time and helped us to know our carpet. They recleaned a leading edge and it came out great. They even gave a a rake to help us keep the carpet from getting "corn rows". They really did work hard to make us happy.
No residue and steam cleaning vs. chemicals
Manuel (tech that came to our house) was VERY informative and professional! The ladies answering the phones needed to be more upfront about prices and services that are included (not charged extra) and provided(additional charges). When asked multiple times about the fogging and filter- it was not mentioned that they were extra- just that the tech could explain more when he arrived. I ended up being charged almost $150 more than I had been told by the office ladies for services that I had believed were included in the phone estimate.
Dried fast...very clean
The carpets get really cleaned. The spots don't peek through a couple days later. The drying time is also quicker than with other cleaning methods.
The price was awesome. The carpets were cleaned incredibly fast and they've never looked better. I love the fact that there were no chemicals involved. The carpet will stay cleaner. Amazing company.
Looks and smells clean
It took 3 days for my stairs to dry. I was surprised by that.
