As well as the carpet cleaning, I had some carpet in the downstairs hallway stretched. I was quoted a price on the phone, but when he got here he told me it would cost a lot more. I was somewhat ok because I had just had the upstairs hallway carpet stretched by a carpet company and he did such a great job and actually went into bedrooms and it took a while. Well, the gentleman from zerorez had ended up just undoing one seam and only cut off one inch and then charged me more than the company that I thought did a much more thorough job. I was frustrated about that, and he said a couple of times that if I had a regular carpet company come out it would cost me much, much more...well just a couple of months ago I did the same thing upstairs and it was less money for a better job. I would have had the same company do downstairs, but I have wanted to have the carpets cleaned for a while so thought I would do it at the same time. On the positive side, the Carpet cleaning turned out very nice and I liked that!!
No one has responded to my previous feedback or complaints.
He tried to talk me into additional services once here...did not like that.
Better estimates up front. I didn't realize how much more it would cost to have the carpet treated for pet urine. I would have liked to have known that the pet treatment would nearly double my estimate. Thanks

The technician, he was very pleasant to work with. The type of cleaning system used cleaned the carpets well and the carpets weren't stiff after cleaning. All in all I was very pleased.

Your technician (Mike Miller) was "clean-cut", knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The carpets and my sofa looked great when he was finished. I like the fact that there were no toxic chemicals and no residue. Since this is the first time that I used your service, I will have to see over time how long the cleaning lasts to compare with the other services I have used. So far, so good. Your office gave me a quote that was 1/3 of what it ended up being. I would suggest that you give more accurate quotes including telling how much the protectant is per area. I almost told them to leave because it was going to be around a hundred fifty and it was over 300 to get done. I had to talk to get it down that low. Your product is great.

He was very respectful to our home and property. He is a very hard worker, friendly and very professional. I would recommend him highly.
Called three weeks ahead so we could the date and time frame,11:00am to 1:00pm, we wanted. Day before the service we received a call and said the time would be between 2:00 pm and 5:00pm. Took a great deal of conversation to get back to the time we wanted. The scheduler acted like she was doing us a favor for returning to the time that was requested and promised three weeks earlier. Her attitude was that we should just be pleased that zerorez would even clean our carpets.
The technician Mike did a wonderful job BUT I told him we had signed up on line for the Back to school special which included 2 free backpacks for the kids. He had no record of the backpacks but said he would check the office when he got back and deliver them later. We have not heard anything since. I hope offering the backpacks wasn't just a way to get people to sign up. I think not receiving the backpacks was a mistake on your part but we were counting on them, and that did motivate us to sign up for the carpet cleaning at this time.Please call me at Phone number removed and let me know the status of the backpacks.
The carpets cleaned up very nicely in spite of all the wheelchair tracks.
I like the method of cleaning and feel that it really does get out the residue. I also have the protecting application after and believe that helps a lot.
My carpet has never been cleaner in the 8 years I have lived in this house. I really thought I was going to have to buy new carpet this year, but after having zerorez clean it I love it!
I love that there is no soapy resudue & the carpet looks brand new when the process is complete. The carpet stays cleaner longer.
I called you..carpets were not properly dried (very wet after 6 hours, and wet after 24 hours in places) plus the carpet was not soft as it was in previous cleanings, rather it was actually hard and sort of crusty. By not removing the water, they also left dirt behind. In the past I went out of my way to recomend you, based on my first experience, but may not be very likely to do so after this cleaning. (Results of professional cleaning by Stanley Steamer bettered this last cleaning from you) PS your guys left a corner protector behind. And as I reported, the men had a piece of equipment missing (a handle on the wand) and one man had an arm injury, so he did not appear to do much on the wand. He did text and talk alot on the cell, but it appeared to be mostly if not all with your office. (Personally don't like texting and talking during times when people are working in/on "my time".)
