Rick was very courteous from the beginning by asking about the best place for him to park while he worked and all of the way through his work. He did a good and thorough job. I like that they don't leave chemicals and a lot of water behind. My carpets dried quickly and it felt good to know that the steam would kill some of the germs in my carpet. I recently had a baby and I know she will soon be spending a lot of time on the floor playing.

I truly loved the gentleman who came out and cleaned our carpets. I was worried being the last house of the day for him that he might not do a good job or be very friendly but he was so nice. I was slightly bugged with paying for the pet treatment in one of my bedrooms and to go back to the same area after he treated it (2 days later) and smell the same stench. Other then that I was very happy. But the reason why i got my carpets cleaned was for this one section of carpet that smelled like pee and it's still there.

Carpets are very very clean and soft. No chemical odor. Dry relatively quickly. Excellent stain removal - no reappearance of previous stains, even after 2 years. Tile and grout are really clean with no stickiness. Equipment, hoses etc are clean, technicians are careful not to "overspray" on walls or furniture. Technicians get right to work and work steadily and efficiently. Thank you Zerorez!
