We had a great experience with Zerorez in the past, so when we needed our carpets cleaned again, I called Zerorez. Brendan, the service tech, arrived on time and was professional and friendly. Brendan explained the cleaning process and we appreciated his attention to detail. After the cleaning, our carpets looked noticeably cleaner and fresher. We are completely satisfied with the service and will definitely use Zerorez again.

I expected better results in the heavy traffic areas. It is as if they were hardly cleaned at all. Maybe my expectations were too high. All 6 rooms and stairs were done in about an hours time. Maybe if a little more time was spent on the traffic areas it may have helped. If your experience would indicate that you cannot clean it then tell me and set expectations.

The two technicians who came to my house were very polite and professional. They explained the whole process before they started the work. They made some recommendations but weren't pushy. I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend their service. Specifically the two guys who serviced my carpets.

My outdoor furniture did not come very clean. When I cleaned it myself I got all the dirt out that was in the cracks and stitching.
I paid your company to do this so I wouldn't have too. I was not very happy with that. I paid a lot of money to have to end up cleaning it myself.
