I have one spot on one recliner and asked to have it removed. I was told they would have to clean the whole recliner (which doesn't need cleaning) and it would cost me an additional $90. No Way!

Yeh chairs that were cleaned for dog still smell. I asked specifically that the bottom portion be the focus me it’s my fault for not double checking, but the bottom inch of fabric around the bottom was dry when he left. The tech did ask me to check them and I have him the thumbs up. The fabric is corduroy so you could see what direction they were cleaned and the bottom inch was not rubbed in the same direction as the rest of the chair. I assumed this was from the first pad because he said he focused cleaning on the bottom. I decided to see how it would smell once it dried and I’ve left them in a dog free room for a couple weeks and they still smell. They do not smell a bd as they were but I can still extract yellow pee water with my simple at home carpet cleaner. The upstairs carpet smell from musty break down of an old wood box spring did improve dramatically. However I can still see where several cat vomit stains were with a black light.

Landon the service rep was great. He came back to do a touch up on a few bad spots.

Product seems to work well and the rep that shampooed our carpets is absolutely excellent very professional and he did an excellent job

I like that there are no toxic chemicals used for cleaning and that the carpet dries quickly.
