We like the way our carpets look, feel and smell after they are cleaned by Zerorez. We appreciate the capable, well teained, respectful technicians that work in our home.
Technician was excellent! Quick, and kind. She listened to our feedback from a previous cleaning, and made sure we didn’t have the same thing happen (carpets were wet for 2-3 days on a previous service). Although, she might have done it without us even mentioning it. Excellent employee, thank you!
Tech did a good job; However, he did over spray dirty water on our new 70inch TV, TV stand

Reliability and competent
The technician was very professional, very efficient and courteous. We enjoyed interacting with him. We have no complaints or suggestions regarding this technician. He was great!
We were frustrated that when we booked the appointment and specified that we needed the service to start at 8:00, we were not informed that Zerorez intended it to mean the appointment would start between 8:00 and 11:00 AM. We had one of our children flying into town that morning and had plans for events after they arrived. We needed the carpets cleaned early, which was why we scheduled the appointment at 8:00 AM. We didn't find out until the reminder email that there was a three-hour window.

The young man that worked on my carpets never put on any booties on his street shoes until he put on the protective spray. When he arrived he walked through the rooms to assess and went in and out a number of times in his street shoes. It had been stormy the day before and even though the outside was not wet, it was quite dirty outside from all of the wind. I thought wearing booties inside the home was required. It was quite chilly that day and I understand that the hose has to come through the door, but I asked him to at least push the door closed as far as possible to not let in the cold air. I had to go push the door closed multiple times that he was going in and out. I understand the 3 hour time frame. My time frame was noon to 3 p.m. By 1:35, I had no update, so I called Zerorez to ask if they had the right address. He came after 2:00, which is in the time frame, however, it would have been nice if there had been a text on the half hour to update me on arrival. Other service companies that I have had, have that policy. I had Zerorez clean my carpets two years ago and I was very pleased with the performance of the two young men that worked the job. This guy seemed to hurry through things and the day after I went through with spray carpet cleaner and worked some spots that he should have tried harder to get clean. Overall, I was not pleased with this worker and his performance.
They are affordable, efficient, friendly and I like the finished product.
Our carpet looks brand new. It makes me feel happy, relaxed when I walk around the house. I listen to Maya, all the products that she used one to made all the stains in the carpet come up to the surface of the carpet, then Maya protects it with a sealer that allows the carpets to stayed clean longer.
Definitely will have them clean our carpets again.
Maya is great: very professional and works very hard.
