I gave 7 because the sales staff was very kind, and the cleaning technician was also friendly. However, I am not completely satisfied with the cleaning; several stains are still visible on the carpet, and the job was not done in a way that shows the cleaning machine’s pass marks. I hired the odor treatment service, but the chemical smell is too strong and causes coughing.
They make the carpet look like new, and it dries so quickly. The carpet so soft afterwards. Parker did a great job and was so diligent, worked hard, and listened to our comments and needs.

I was very clear about the square footage over the phone and when the guy came to clean he had to charge us $40 because our tiny basement was longer than 20 feet. We have a 1943 house and it is long but only 10 feet wide in some spots and 7 feet wide in others. The two bedrooms are quite small as well. 8x10.
When I exlained this over the phone, there was no issue because the rooms were so small. Then the guy charged us extra.

We’ve always had good results from Zerorez.
The technician was on time and did a professional job. Some of the carpet was a bit older and even that cleaned well. We had some pet stains from before we moved in and they were dealt with as well. Good service.
