Zerorez cleaned my carpet without leaving any residue behind. Unlike other cleaners I have had, my carpet is not stiff and crispy the next day.
I apologize for forgetting the man's name that cleaned my carpets but he was a great man and it was fun exchanging stories about past carpet cleanings that we have done in our past and such.
Prices are too high. I’ve been with zeroRez for many years and I can no longer afford to have my furniture cleaned. $200 for three rooms and two hallways and 30 minutes of work seems very expensive. I used to have my carpets cleaned every year. I have gone to every five years because I’m a senior citizen on a fixed budget and can’t afford getting everything cleaned every year that needs to be. In this economy, zerorez should be doing more to help their customers.

I had such a great experience with Zerorez from start to finish! Booking online was incredibly simple, and I was able to get an appointment within just a couple of days. I really appreciated how transparent the pricing was and how clearly the different services and options were explained. Communication leading up to the appointment was also excellent, including clear instructions on how to prepare beforehand.
Our technician, Ben Squires, was absolutely amazing. He was prompt, professional, respectful, kind, and incredibly helpful. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted done and helped make sure I was getting the right services for our three bedrooms, office, hallway, and stairs. Before starting, he walked me through everything and confirmed the final cost so there were no surprises.
Ben worked very efficiently and with surprisingly little disruption to our normal day. And the results are AMAZING! Our carpets genuinely look like new, and the entire house feels so clean and fresh. There was no chemical smell or unpleasant “wet carpet” odor afterward, which I really appreciated.
I am seriously so happy with the entire experience and so impressed with the results. The combination of easy booking, transparent pricing, great communication, and exceptional service from Ben made this one of those rare home-service experiences where everything exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely use Zerorez again and would highly recommend them—especially Ben!
