The carpet looked fine while it was wet but after it was dry and I could walk on it I could see spots that I thought should have been gone. It doesn’t look as clean as I had hoped. And there were blue spots on the carpet that I got out on my own. I had hoped for a deeper clean. The technician was very kind.

I have used Zerorez several times in the past and had been very happy with the results, but this time left me a little disappointed. I paid a lot pf money for your service this time but didn't get the results I was hoping for. The stairs look like they were never touched, not much different than before the cleaning. still have a lot of dirty areas, All we got was a wet soggy stairway for hours.
I had an orange soda stain in my living room that I was hoping to get cleaned but it didn't come out. It appeared to me that not much effort was put into actually cleaning the carpet. One pass with the water and not going over it again didn't get it clean. Mabey I was expecting or hoping for too much but like I said, I am disappointed with what I got.

I'll got to WalMart or Home Depot and rent a Rug Doctor and do it myself next time and save a lot of money and get the same results.

The carpets were left with white spots and dark streaks that were not present before the service. I expected the carpet to be one uniform color after the cleaning. The spots and streaks were all new.

I had the carpets done and they looked good everywhere they cleaned, but I had a lot of
traffice all summer with people golng up and down the stairs and in and out the front door.
I called them and asked if they had a guarantee and they came yesterday and did those
areas again and they look wonderful. Easy to work with and they do a very good job.
