There was a clear mark where you can tell the carpet was cleaned with the cleaning head , but a whole six by ten or six by twelve area that looked like it hadn't been touched with the carpet clean head.

Josh was very friendly, courteous and helpful. I was not happy that he refused to clean my area rub, which Zerorez has cleaned many times in the past. He said it was a state law?

He was only too happy to add Protectorant at the end of the cleaning. He worked fast and did a good job.

The tech did a great job cleaning our carpets.

I recently had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My senior cat had passed away, but before she did, she left behind some pretty stubborn stains that I honestly worried might be permanent. Zerorez completely removed them and restored my carpets to like-new condition — I was amazed.

Parker was the technician who handled the job, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole process was quick, but the quality of the work never felt rushed — every detail was taken care of.

It meant a lot to be able to fully restore my carpets, especially given the circumstances. Parker and the Zerorez team went above and beyond and completely surpassed my expectations. I'll definitely be using them again and will be requesting Parker specifically. Highly recommend!

You got us scheduled quickly, you showed up early, and somehow brought the carpets in my parent’s old home back to life, and did so in a short amount of time. 15/10!

No residue

Evan, our carpet cleaner, let me know he was on his way, so we had time to vacuum and out up the baby gate for our pup. When he arrived, he was very thorough and explained everything very well. He took extra care with my pup here, ensuring the door was closed when he wasn't using it. Everything was dry about 4 hours later, so just in time for dinner.

He cleaned three rooms, our hallway, and our sectional, and was respectful of our things. I also liked that the smell wasn't bad and dissipated quickly. I gave him a generous tip because he did so well and I would use him again!
