The person who came to do cleaning was very detailed and upfront about the process and what to expect.

I thought that a carpet cleaning company comes out to clean the dirty carpets. So I thought that it was weird that I had to pay an extra $70/room to have a "special spray" for the animal urine that was on the carpet.

The technician who came provided excellent service. He talked through what made sense for my carpets and personalized the care to my needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a very good job

I love how clean the carpets stay after a service. No sticky residue. Every technician I've had has been nice to work with as well.

We were so happy with our service from zerorez. We had our whole house cleaned and pet treated. The carpets and rug were bright and clean and dried really quickly. The service tech was great at explaining the service and working efficiently and thoroughly.

My carpets are really clean. The technician was fabulous. He was very particular on his detail cleaning. He even fixed an issue from another tech who came last year. I am scheduled to have Zerorez return next August 2027. I sure hope the technician who came yesterday can come back for a repeat of his meticulous work. He is fantastic! Thank you!

Zerorez is our go to carpet cleaner. They are always prompt, courteous and competent. This last week we had a wedding in our family and remembered at the last minute that we needed out carpets to be cleaned. I was able to schedule them for next day service! Very helpful!
