Your employees are very professional and thorough. It was more expensive than what I was expecting but I think the end results speak for themselves. Our carpet is cleaner than it’s ever been.
3x Repeat customer on prior properties. Cleaned 3600 sq ft old house we bought, about 15 years old. Tech was professional and personable. He did a great job assembling the job order and pricing while we walked the house. Surfaces cleaned: carpet, tile, concrete. After the treatments, that old musty ambience was gone. A++ quality

The person who came was very nice but the areas he treated with a special urine remover at a significant increase in cost, still smell like urine like they were not treated. At all. I understand there are limits to what they can do. Had I not been told these treatments would work, I would have put the cost towards new carpet, which I explained to the guy when he sold me them. I would not recommend this service if you’ve had puppy urine on your carpet. It won’t work.

Have used Zerorez for years. Incredibly clean carpets that are not doggy and dirty magnets 20 minutes after others clean with steam/water.
Technicians are clean, polite, respectful of your home, don't smell it cigarettes and are attentive to detail.

Impressed with the service and also appreciated that there were promotions going on. I also requested after 3 between the 2-5pm arrival window, and I really appreciate that that was considered. Maddie did a fantastic job and I was really really pleased with her work! She's a keeper!
