The techs were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

The young man who came was efficient, clean and polite. The job he did was quite remarkable.

The only reason i dont want this published is that he inadvertently parked the work truck in a location where the exhaust from the truck blew on caged birds. Thankfully someone saw the birds in a panic and moved them. This could have turned out pretty badly.

The worker asked if anyone was upset and im thinking he would have talked to them but at that time no one had said anything. Later a man came up to me and threatened to go onto the cleaned rug and soil it. Pretty immature for sure but i think the birds were his and he was still worried for them. The birds appear to be ok today so it turned out good.

This is in no way in expectation of getting your empoyee in trouble as i think he is a benefit to your company.

The team did a great job! Very kind and worked extra hard to get the place clean. There was 4 years of dirt and it took a lot of time. I appreciate the hard work!

Your carpet cleaners were very knowledgeable and competent. They were able to successfully answer any questions I had and we were able to arrive at the appropriate service for our carpets. The carpets were well cleaned and did not feel damp for too long. So far...very happy with the results!

Were were very happy with the carpet cleaning results and the crew - Eraclia and Arthur. They were professional and personable. There was no pressure to purchase additional product but most helpful in explaining the pros and cons. We have used ZeroRez for years and have been most satisfied this time. The guys took the extra effort to work on additional problem spots and the carpet looks wonderful!! We were unable to get our carpet cleaned every year as usual due to Covid so it was dirtier than usual but this did not deter the crew, and the carpet looks like new. It was even dry by the end of the day which made the experience even better. Thank you ZeroRez and Eraclia and Arthur!!!

He arrived on time, introduced himself and was kind and courteous. Every detail of the carpet cleaning was explained throughly, and he did not push to sell more than my original estimate. My carpet looks and smells brand new! I wish everyone could love their job the way that he loves his.

Our technician was a great guy. The carpets came out clean but we have spots that are coming back already. I will have to call for him to come back out.

I have a large area rug. With your service it is completely dry by the next morning (cleaned around 4 PM). It is not saturated to the point it leaks onto my laminate floors.
