After completing the job he showed me the results and asked if I had any concerns which he would be more than happy to address. I was impressed with his work and how clean the carpets looked. My Technician, Eraclio, did a great job. He is very informative and I will definitely use the company again. We had fire damage to our home and my husband had respiratory problems from ash/soot in the carpet. Since the carpet cleaning was done my husband is feeling much better. Very good cleaning job done and very fast. The two men that came did a superb job!! Hopefully all the spots do not return. This is the 3rd or 4th time they have cleaned my carpets and definitely would call them again.

Everyone was very professional and personable. The technician who came to service our house was so patient with our overly curious and chatty 3 year old. He explained everything before he started about what he’d be doing, how long it would take and what to expect afterward the treatment. Our carpets look brand new again and I love that there was no smell whatsoever from the treatment, it dried surprisingly quickly, and was soft and plush feeing without any crunch or stiffness. We are very impressed with Zerorez products and services.

The technicians Kevin and Jordan did a tremendous job cleaning our carpets to our satisfaction. They were very thorough, paid great attention to detail, and our carpets looked beautiful after they were done. Very pleasant and nice as well.

Great service! The crew was prompt, courteous and explained all aspects of what was going to be done and why. Carpets are not sticky or crunchy. I won't use any other service.

Fast and efficient

Technician was thorough and professional. Not sure why he removed his mask and put it in his pocket. I wasn’t wearing a mask when he arrived so maybe that’s why he felt comfortable enough to remove his. I asked him to put his mask back on. I then put on a mask as well to make him feel safe too. We are still in a pandemic people!

The young man was wonderful. He explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions and answered them in detail. As I am biochemically sensitive, he took extra time explaining the chemicals that would be used, the natural scent that would result, and how long it would last.

Everything he said was true, and so am absolutely delighted with the result, as I will be renting out my condo and want my tenants to be chemically safe. He was kind and polite, and even wished me a happy 81st birthday for Friday at which time I will return to Australia.

I will leave your company’s details to my property manager to also pass to my future tenants.

Each technician who has ever come to my house has been kind, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. They offer me additional services but there is no pressure to purchase.
