Very happy..tech was great..

The good: the service is what they advertise. Carpets and floors are clean without residue. No lingering detergents, soaps, or perfumes. Just clean. The treatment is not harsh mechanically, pulling out rug piles or turning worn carpets into threadbare ones. Servicemen was professional, friendly, and well-informed about his product and process. Their web site appointment system was professional and well-done, and the phone call follow up even better.
The bad: it was an early morning appointment but a late afternoon arrival. Admittedly there were extenuating circumstances involving the breakdown of trucks, but that hints at deferred maintenance of their fleet. Since I have near a dozen office chairs their price per chair seems high, and as a group it was excessive, thus I didn't get that service. A discounted group rate or lower fee would influenced my decision.

You did a good job on my rugs except for the large one. However, you came out and corrected the problem and it now looks pretty good.

First of all, setting the cleaning date was easy and efficient. Kevin Hunter called about 30 minutes before arrival and was within the quoted time of arrival. He took great care in previewing the work to be done and had time to do a few extras. He wore his mask, which I appreciated since I was having surgery the next week. He worked consistently and tirelessly to make the carpets look fresh and clean. Also, he used protective guards to shield the walls from the hose. He was very courteous and pleasant. The carpets dried within 3 to 5 hours. Thank you for great service.

Customer service was great, the technician who cleaned my carpets was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. So far, none of the areas I was concerned could potentially "come back" have done so, so fingers crossed it stays that way. Overall very happy with Zerorez.

Cleans better and dries faster

Our service was done 6-23-22 . Our technician Kevin Hart explained how the cleaning process works. We were amazed at how clean our carpet looked after Kevin was done. Our walkways were always a problem and both Chem Dry and Coit had never got the results Kevin did. Kevin also showed us how to can keep it looking good. We had a family get together and everyone commented on how nice the carpet looked. We will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank You Kevin!

We are very happy with our clean carpets

I used your services in May for my whole house and my dining room chairs and was very pleased. I just bought some new furniture for my bedroom and dining room. I called to have the 3 room special to clean the bedroom, dining room and hall after the furniture and area rugs were removed to get ready for the new furniture and was again very happy.
I had the same service technician and he was great. I can definitely recommend th3m.
