This is a great attribute and is as much appreciated as the cleaning of the carpet.

Your carpet cleaners were very knowledgeable and competent. They were able to successfully answer any questions I had and we were able to arrive at the appropriate service for our carpets. The carpets were well cleaned and did not feel damp for too long. So far...very happy with the results!

Were were very happy with the carpet cleaning results and the crew - Eraclia and Arthur. They were professional and personable. There was no pressure to purchase additional product but most helpful in explaining the pros and cons. We have used ZeroRez for years and have been most satisfied this time. The guys took the extra effort to work on additional problem spots and the carpet looks wonderful!! We were unable to get our carpet cleaned every year as usual due to Covid so it was dirtier than usual but this did not deter the crew, and the carpet looks like new. It was even dry by the end of the day which made the experience even better. Thank you ZeroRez and Eraclia and Arthur!!!

He arrived on time, introduced himself and was kind and courteous. Every detail of the carpet cleaning was explained throughly, and he did not push to sell more than my original estimate. My carpet looks and smells brand new! I wish everyone could love their job the way that he loves his.

Our technician was a great guy. The carpets came out clean but we have spots that are coming back already. I will have to call for him to come back out.

I have a large area rug. With your service it is completely dry by the next morning (cleaned around 4 PM). It is not saturated to the point it leaks onto my laminate floors.

The good: the service is what they advertise. Carpets and floors are clean without residue. No lingering detergents, soaps, or perfumes. Just clean. The treatment is not harsh mechanically, pulling out rug piles or turning worn carpets into threadbare ones. Servicemen was professional, friendly, and well-informed about his product and process. Their web site appointment system was professional and well-done, and the phone call follow up even better.
The bad: it was an early morning appointment but a late afternoon arrival. Admittedly there were extenuating circumstances involving the breakdown of trucks, but that hints at deferred maintenance of their fleet. Since I have near a dozen office chairs their price per chair seems high, and as a group it was excessive, thus I didn't get that service. A discounted group rate or lower fee would influenced my decision.
