Professional, responsive, outstanding CS from schedulers who I had deal with my rescheduling a couple times to technician Jordan who clearly explained options and even demonstrated the differences in their products. I chose ZeroRez based on what I read in reviews and their website. They are pricier, but worth every penny bc Jordan was able to get the grout in the floor tiles and the carpets brighter and cleaner than I hoped for. I highly recommend Jordan!
I have had previous positive experiences with ZeroRez. We bought our new (used) home about 10 months ago and as we lived in it, old stains reappeared on the carpet. ZeroRez did a great job at getting the soil out, very pleased with the result.

Other than the "very beginning" with the scheduler not knowing they could service my home with the issue I was having, the entire experience was excellent. The tech that visited (Kevin, I believe) was one of the friendliest and positive technicians that has ever visited my house for any reason!

The carpet always turns out amazing, and there is no chemical smell. It smells fresh and citrusy after they leave. The carpet is soft when it drys. The gentleman that does the service is always super nice and professional. Great service. Would definitely recommend.
