I am someone with severe chemical sensitivities so using anything with harsh chemicals or toxins in my home is out of the question. I had been putting off having the carpet cleaned because I was worried about the chemicals used and especially the smell left behind. So many carpet cleaning companies claim to be environmentally friendly and toxin free but they really aren’t. I am so glad to have discovered Zerorez because the cleaning methods they use are safe and non toxic. Scheduling was easy, our tech Kevin did a thorough inspection upon arrival and answered any questions. Our carpet is older and somewhat worn but looks fantastic after being cleaned and has new life breathed into it. Dry time was quick too. Best of all there’s no chemical residue or smell left - just fresh, clean carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez again for any carpet or floor cleaning needs I have in the future.

We appreciated the thorough information about your available services and different products. The staff member who did the cleaning was very thorough and informative, which we appreciated. The office stayed in regular contact with us as we scheduled and prepared for the cleaning day. Our carpets -- three different kinds and ages of carpets -- all look great -- and in fact, do not have any residue on them.

The time needed for drying was not accurate for our house and situation. We were told the carpets would be dry if we waited overnight. In fact, it took two overnights before we were able to move back into the rooms.

We think we'll probably continue to use Zerorez. Thank you.
