Kevin was so great. He explained everything to me step by step he took and allowed me to watch explaining what everything was and what it was used for
My technician, Kevin, was professional and friendly. He examined the old tile and carpet and gave me a clear expectation of what the cleaning would turn out like. He took his time and did a really great job!! He noticed that the tile had been sealed at some point and made sure to show me and let me know it would take a bit longer. I'm very satisfied with the work Zerorez did on my floors and will definitely use them again.
