Easy to schedule online, technician was on time and explained the process and products to be used and any questions answered prior to work starting. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.
Only negative would be that the online scheduling price quote was off by half. Apparently there's a price difference for type of carpet to be cleaned....as we found out wool is twice as expensive to clean than synthetic. Worth it? Yes, just nice to know in advance. Oh, and there's a cancelation fee though I don't know in what time-frame it is used....not mentioned in the online scheduling process to my knowledge.
No chemicals. Carpets are so soft and no film. Anthony did a great job getting out the stains on the tile and carpet. Very professional and customer friendly. He answered all of my questions. 😊

I like that you don't use harsh soaps an shampoos. You use new technology that is safe for humans and our pets. The technician was friendly an professional an did a great job!
