Zerorez products work efficiently and effectively. Stains are permanently removed and the carpeting LOOKS clean and smells fresh. In addition, the technicians are punctual, friendly, and very willing to share hints about carpet care. I was particularly impressed by Sean, our last technician, who worked very hard to remove some difficult stains and then gave me some good advice on general carpet care.

I have called on Zerorez for my carpet cleaning at least three times. Each time I am more pleased with their service which I am so happy to report. This time a young man by the name of Sean Corrison came to our home. He was thorough, professional and truly cared about getting our carpets cleaned, taking care to remove stains from pets and general over-all cleaning. I would most certainly recommend Zerorez to friends and relatives. I believe Kevin has also cleaned my carpets and I liked his work as well.

Kevin was wonderful. He kept me informed as to his progress to my home in Carmichael, he'd been assigned to a Lodi job and came in right on time. He's friendly and fast and gave me great advice on your products and services. The tile looks great. This is the 2nd time I've used you and not the last.

Hoping the claim of no sticky residue is true. Time will tell.

The technicians are very friendly and professional. My carpets always look great when they are done. They dry quickly and don't have the residue left behind by some other companies. I also love that it is not harmful to me or my pets.

I like the way my carpet stays cleaner longer. I like the idea of just using water to clean, no soap, so there's no residue to collect dirt.
Zerorez has become my only cleaning company. Looking forward to trying them out for tile cleaning in our swimming pool.
