Easy time scheduling appt on relatively short notice; service tech on time; no upsell just appropriate questions before starting the cleaning; despite well worn carpet and staining the result was better than expected; personable and professional service.

The technician was very friendly, courteous, informative, and competent! Overall, I was pleased with the results! That said, my wife, who is very particular, was disappointed to see that not all dirt stains were removed (where there is heavy traffic). Your man (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) clearly explained that this may be the case BEFORE he started cleaning!

One small problem (and this is NOT a complaint on my side): A "line" of water between the carpet and the wooden flooring remained after the job was completed. My wife took a rag afterward to wipe up the water from the wooden floor. She felt this should have been done by the technician after he had finished. You may wish to pass this suggestion on to your technicians. It shouldn't take more than two minutes to wipe up the water from the floor.
