I had Nate clean my carpets yesterday. He was unbelievable. He would go back to areas that were not quite clean and my carpet is cleaner than it has ever been. Mark did an excellent job! I was unfamiliar with the Zerorez process and Mark explained and how it was better at cleaning and better, in my mind, at least, because of the fewer chemical used in the Zerorez process.

Mark didn't waste time, efficiently cleaning my carpets better than I have seen them in years. But that didn't stop him from being friendly, answering a question at one point about the machine he was using and how it was different, and better, than others I had seen in the past.

And the noise! There wasn't any! As Mark was cleaning the carpets in one room, I could actually concentrate. Not at all what I was expecting!

It's been a day since Mark cleaned my carpets and I still can't believe they're the same carpets that were here before he arrived. I'd swear they even feel cleaner when I walk on them in my bare feet.

My cat peed on my couch! Nate treated the spot with a special pet stain product and went over it three times. He thoroughly cleaned the upholstery and removed all traces of stain and odor.

Nate also cleaned my area rug and applied a product that will help it stay cleaner longer. It looks brand new! Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Kevin and Rose did a great job cleaning my carpets. They were very professional and took the time to explain the ZeroRez process. My 24 year old carpets looked brand new by the time they were done. I did have a Turkey gravy grease stain from several years ago that did come to the surface about 5 hours after they left. Rose came back out and rinsed the area with the stain until the water ran clear and the stain was gone. Awesome company and I will use them again. My carpets have never been so clean.

I also have dogs and was thrilled that their system does not use any chemicals when cleaning the carpets.

I had my carpets cleaned last Thursday by Nate and the results were great. He had a challenge as I have an older cat who has had some urinary issues. With his black lite, Nate was able to identify the spots which needed additional treatment. As he worked through my home, if something came up, he was right there informing me and asking for my permission to proceed. He was efficient, thorough and professional.
