Very knowledgeable technician, explained the process, the expected outcomes, and proper care of the carpet for the future. Explained the difference in traffic patterns and how soil becomes embedded into the carpet fibers. The technician was extremely thorough and completed the work quicker than the cleaning window. We received notification calls prior to the appointment and the technician was right on time. Will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

My service man was fast and very thorough and did an awesome job! He knew how to use his equipment and did not leave the carpet soaking wet. He was able to get rid of many pet spots other cleaners did not. In 6 months I want Kevin Hunter back!!! He is the best cleaner I have ever had!
