You deliver on your promise. Clean carpets that are not left wet and soggy. Carpets are clean and soft, not crunchy. The Technician called ahead to confirm his arrival time and was here at the appointed time. He was thorough in his explanation of what he could do, and in one area what he would attempt to do but could make no promise(an olive oil spill)...which turned out great in the end anyway.
We opted for a Scotchguard treatment for the high traffic area. Clean carpets, polite technician, efficient, and in my case, affordable. Your technician was terrific.

My only concern is the way the "special" was promoted. $99 for three rooms/hall. I could not book online because I had "not met the minimum required charge of $111". What's that all about? So - by phone, the scheduler said..no problem, we'll just add the additional charge to the waste water disposal. So- if $111 is the minimum, why not state that UP FRONT? In my opinion, that would be false advertising.

Why promote the $99 special when in fact it MUST be $111 to even schedule an appointment? No complaints about the cleaning or the tech, but your promotion seems dodgy.

New animal staying with me for a couple of months caused a rare and unusual problem - at least for my home and carpet. Please remind me in a week or two. Thank you very much.
