In all the years I've been having my carpets cleaned, I have never had a woman show up to do the job, until yesterday. Rose was this tiny little thing, and quite honestly, I wasn't sure what kind of job she was going to do.
This was by far, the best job I've ever had done on my carpets. Ever! She was professional, and courteous. She walked me through the house when she was done, just to make sure I was satisfied with the way my carpets looked. I was absolutely impressed by Rose and the thorough cleaning she did.
I will definitely request Rose, the next time I have my carpets done.

Nate came out again after just doing our carpets a few days ago, they look amazing!. This time he was here to do our tile. Honestly, I secretly hoped the tile grout would come clean but I had SERIOUS doubts. Pleasantly surprised and super happy to report my floors and countertops look FANTASTIC! I recommended him to my neighbor who had his carpets right after he was dinner with my house. Great job Nate, thanks so much!

I called Zerores after seeing the great job you did at my sister's very large home. (She had triplet boys, so the technician had his work cut out). The carpets looked fantastic and he was also very thorough and professional, polite and respectful. That goes a long way in my book. No pushy upsell either. Just an explanation of the benefits of pet treatment, etc. I did not for that but when I declined other services he was perfectly professional and didn't push. Because if my experience, I am having you come back tomorrow to do my tile too.

Great customer service and professionalism. I was worried that the carpets would take a long time to dry since a few areas had to be treated twice, but surprisingly they dried within a few hours. Much better than other services that soak your carpets and take days to dry.
