The cleaner, was nice, friendly and explained what he was going to do. The carpet looks good and no adverse smells, but smells good. He was careful with walls and furniture. Did not take him long and advised us to limit use of carpet for 4 - 6 hours. And we did

My carpets were cleaned yesterday. I don't remember his name. But he was the BEST. I used ZR once before at this same house and wasn't so impressed with the job and my carpets really didn't dry fast at all. The only reason I used ZR again is that I knew I didn't want soap.

This person, I wanna say John, cleaned everything, 2 rooms and my stairs perfectly! I told him about the not drying fast problem and this time even my stairs were dry by when he said. And, he cleaned where the others didn't fully get stains out on a fairly new carpeted stairs. The other carpets are old, but he did a fantastic job and I am very happy with him and his work. In fact, I already recommended ZR to someone with rave reviews. Now I can see how keeping my carpets cleaner sooner is beneficial. Thanks, John.

Kevin was extremely nice and courteous. He was friendly, upbeat and did not try to up-sell me on anything. He let me know what the price was going to be before he started, so there were no surprises. It was done quickly and there was none of that gross deodorizer smell that I can't stand that other companies use sometimes. The carpet was dry in a few hours and looks fantastic!
