I have called on Zerorez for my carpet cleaning at least three times. Each time I am more pleased with their service which I am so happy to report. This time a young man by the name of Sean Corrison came to our home. He was thorough, professional and truly cared about getting our carpets cleaned, taking care to remove stains from pets and general over-all cleaning. I would most certainly recommend Zerorez to friends and relatives. I believe Kevin has also cleaned my carpets and I liked his work as well.

Kevin was wonderful. He kept me informed as to his progress to my home in Carmichael, he'd been assigned to a Lodi job and came in right on time. The technicians are very friendly and professional. My carpets always look great when they are done. They dry quickly and don't have the residue left behind by some other companies. I also love that it is not harmful to me or my pets.

I like the way my carpet stays cleaner longer. I like the idea of just using water to clean, no soap, so there's no residue to collect dirt.
Zerorez has become my only cleaning company. Looking forward to trying them out for tile cleaning in our swimming pool.

Your service tech did a fabulous job. The only reason I rate it a nine is because I believe there’s always room for improvement.

My rug really came out clean. And my whole room smells great. I am having them come back out to do two other rooms and stairs.

Customer service was phenomenal. First time I've ever had a company inspect with a blacklight prior to cleaning. The smell of the cleaning product was great. Most importantly, the floors look great!
