The Zerorez employee who did the carpet cleaning at our house was very polite and professional. He pointed out areas in the carpet that had urine stains, and gave me a recommendation as to what could be done to better clean those areas. He made sure to clean around any furniture or shelves that were still in the rooms that were cleaned. The carpets looked much better after he was done cleaning them, and the job went very quickly. Zerorez did a great job.

My carpets look great and the technician was very nice and also professional.

My service was excellent. Jose recleaned an area on my carpet (pet urine) and the area is much better. He also cleaned my tile and sealed it. He explained carefully what he was going to do and the cost was fair.

I found that the technician was knowledgable about the services that zerorez provides. He actually told us that the sealant would not work on our kitchen floor. The only problem is that after spending money on the kitchen floor, the grout will not stay clean for very long. He did advise the scotch guarding on the carpeted areas, and I do not know if that was needed for the cost.

Jose was very friendly and competent. He made sure that I was pleased with his work. I would like him back next time.

They are green and dried quickly. The technicians were professional, friendly, and not pushy for up-sales.

I love that theres NO smell or shampoo odor...obvious sign of "accidents!" Not even a slight wet dog smell always present if you own a dog (we do) and have your carpets cleaned. NO residue!!! The carpet looks and feels great. WE have pets and KIDS and I dislike carpeting just for those reasons! Need I say more?! I don't think I'll ever be a fan of carpeting, but Zerorez has made it tolerable. I will be scheduling cleanings a little more frequently...hmm, early signs of OCD? Hahaaaa, maybe, but I'm happy, and when Momma's happy.....! ;D

The service offered by Ron was totally positive. He was professional and through. Very helpful. However, the advertised 100 sq feet of free tile and grout cleaning was very disappointing and almost false advertising. I did not appreciate that part. I have granite counter tops, Ron was not able to clean due to his managers direction. Neither was he allowed to clean my travertine floors. If you do not allow natural stone in your Free tile and grout cleaning you should make that more clear. I was very disappointed not to get the full services I made the appointment for. Please keep in mind, this has nothing to do with the services offere by my technician Ron.

The man who cleaned the carts was very nice and polite. He did a good job. Even though the carpets have been down for 28 years and there are a few stains that didn't come off, I am pleased with his work. He was very punctual too.

The fact that no chemicals are used as well as dry time when completed.
