"Lack of.Communication" and "No One Called"..."Disappointed with the lack of customer consideration..
Management should have called the customer to alert them that technician was going to be later than the planned schedule.
No one called ... I had to call and find out that technician would be a total of 90 minutes later...with the expectation the job would have normally been taken to complete..and stranded with the cleaning ongoing.....I therefore I had to cancel my plans with family members.
If I had been contacted prior to the agreed time and the delay.....I would have rescheduled...If I had not called you and the tech arrived...that lack of communication ...I would have sent the technician away..and....I would have called your competitor...........however being a long time loyal customer and have referred many people to you over the years and believe in the cleaning process and customer service. I would consider you again.
I was compensated a mere 20 % discount and apology, it was appreciated...I felt that it should have been more, and a discount on the next cleaning..just saying
