Kevin and Rose did a great job cleaning my carpets. They were very professional and took the time to explain the ZeroRez process. My 24 year old carpets looked brand new by the time they were done. I did have a Turkey gravy grease stain from several years ago that did come to the surface about 5 hours after they left. Rose came back out and rinsed the area with the stain until the water ran clear and the stain was gone. Awesome company and I will use them again. My carpets have never been so clean.

I also have dogs and was thrilled that their system does not use any chemicals when cleaning the carpets.

I had my carpets cleaned last Thursday by Nate and the results were great. He had a challenge as I have an older cat who has had some urinary issues. With his black lite, Nate was able to identify the spots which needed additional treatment. As he worked through my home, if something came up, he was right there informing me and asking for my permission to proceed. He was efficient, thorough and professional. When it comes time to have my carpets done again I will request him. Thank you, Nate.
