Client Testimonials

Mark did a perfect job of cleaning the carpets, especially on a few stubborn stains! I have used Zerorez multiple times in the past and have always been satisfied with the results. Thank you Mark for being so professional and doing such a great job!

Not expensive, rapid process, and totally soft, clean carpet within a couple of hours.

Professional and friendly employee. Thorough job. Timely. Fair price. Suzanne

Kevin was extremely nice and courteous. He was friendly, upbeat and did not try to up-sell me on anything. He let me know what the price was going to be before he started, so there were no surprises. It was done quickly and there was none of that gross deodorizer smell that I can't stand that other companies use sometimes. The carpet was dry in a few hours and looks fantastic!

Carpets look new again. Pet stains are gone. Technician Kevin H. was excellent - explained the cleaning process, was efficient, polite and friendly. We're repeat customers and very pleased.

Speed, quick drying, decent price.

I loved Richard the man that cleaned the carpets. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Treated us and our home with the utmost respect.
The technique used is one I have never seen before and quite impressive. Richard took his time to explain all of the procedures to us and our carpet almost looks and feels like new. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend Zerorez to all of my friends.

The service was excellent. The service tech was very thorough, and professional. The area in front of our couch didn't turn out like we expected, however, we were warned that may happen, due to the heavy foot traffic. Don Last name removed

Mark did a very good job on my carpets. I feel he went beyond to make sure my carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. He was on time and professional. He also cleaned up behind himself and did not leave water on the tile hallway. I will use this company again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Richard went above and beyond to work with our moving schedule. It was so nice to move into a house with clean carpets! We didn't have time for the tile, but we are going to get that cleaned next!

Also they did the stairs - didn't take long either for it to dry-

Kevin from Zerorez was very professional and trustworthy. Great attitude. I appreciated his professional advice. No upsell or bait and switch tactics.

Zerorez dosen't leave a soapy residue so the carpet seems to stay clean longer. The folks I talked to on the phone go out of their way to be helpful and I was able to schedule my appointment without any wait.
