My tech did a nice job and was very nice. I also requested the carpets dry quickly because it was a cool day. He was responsive, my carpets look nice, and hopefully the spots he was able to remove stay gone.

Dependable appointment. Notice in advance 15 mins. of arrival .wears shoe covers to enter house. Friendly service, top job, done efficiently. Carpet dries fast if you use your over head fans. Carpet looks better with this steam method than any other type of cleaning, I have ever used. Completely satisfied, and intend to continue with Zerorez.
You can waste your money with other types of rug cleaning.in my opinion.

PROMPT & EXCELLENT SERVICE

we have used your service for several years now. Every time i think we heed to re carpet the
house I look at all that has to be moved and re hook up all the wires for the TV and sound equipment, I say no lets just call Zerorez and get a good cleaning. The carpet has now been
in for 22 years and after Kevin did his thing i think we can go for a little longer before we will
have to re carpet.
