Zerorez always does a fabulous job! We’ve been using them for over 10 years, which says a lot! Carpets always come out super clean and not crunchy, like other companies. We recently had our entryway and kitchen tiles/grout cleaned. I expected Theyd do a great job, but my tiles/grout was nasty and now they look like we just got them installed!! Brand new! To top things off, their techs really like their job and are very kind and courteous! Don’t use anyone except Zerorez for your carpets, tiles, floors and grout!!!!!

Hello John,

The text you sent with link to the survey did not come through as a link and it makes it difficult to get to the survey by copy/paste as the link is in the same message and not separate. Also, the carpets look clean but there are still spots here and our dogs were doing a lot of sniffing on the floor in the living room in several spots after it has dried for well over 8 hours.

I like that the technician was going to be a few minutes later than he planned, so he called me to let me know. (He was in a company meeting which delayed him.) He was very professional and did an excellent job on my dog urine stained area rugs. This gentleman knows customer service and is a fine example of what your company represents. Thanks.

I appreciate the professional service and personal attention given to my requests in addressing problem areas on our carpet. The retraction of excess moisture is well done and our carpet dries much faster than any other carpet cleaner we have used. Very pleased with the outcome upon completion of this carpet cleaning service!

This was my second time using Zerorez. And I have to say that this is the best company I have ever used for my carpet cleaning! The employees are professional and courteous. The carpet looks great, smells great and feels great! And the stains? What stains? They were gone!
I am so pleased that the next time, we are going to have the tile and grout cleaned also.

The fact that they use no harsh chemicals is a must in my home. And it should be in your home too. Oh, one more thing, NO CRUNCHY CARPET! Just soft clean carpet!

I have been using the service for many years and have been satisfied. It is good that the carpet was less damp this time after cleaning. This is an improvement on service I was already basically satisfied with, so that is favorable.

No residue left behind, which means no smell and no crunchy carpet. Carpets are dry after several hours not days. Technician was curdious and did a great job.
