The service technician was prompt, courteous and ask me about my carpet before he started to work. He was conscientious to do a good job and get my carpet as clean as possible. He did a good job, particularly on the stairs. He was able to get out stains that another company could not get out.

Use of water rather than chemicals.
Your technician needed some options other than the $129 3 room special
that was on the invoice. We had couple dozen spots from road tar and carpet was new so the room cleaning not necessary.
Assessment flexibility could have helped him. We paid full $141 amount
to make him comfortable as he appeared new to job and confused how he should handle it. Tell Mario the spots are gone !!!
The guys that came out were freindly and they gave great customer service. They worked hard and cleaned my carpets quickly. They addressed our concerns about pet urine issues and gave me some spot cleaner and advise on how to best deal with a new spot.
Not sure it is very new to us. I do need to schedule a follow up as we have some spots showing through.
We just had our OFF WHITE carpets cleaned and it came out VERY good for the second time. My favorite thing about your service is how fast it dries. I recommend your service to anyone that asks. My only complaint is that the techs were 10 mins late out of there window of arrival.
