Kevin did an excellent job and was someone we would highly recommend. Although the cost was greater than the initial estimate, we felt the increase was justifiable and we didn't feel he had unreasonably tried to up-sell us.
Most importantly, you arrived as initially committed, meaning we had moved the furniture and weren't disappointed with a call saying you wouldn't be able to arrive as originally committed.

From what I've learned about your carpet cleaning system, it is better for the environment and better for my carpet. The technician who did my carpets (Sean) was very friendly and thorough - and explained everything he did. Prices were pretty reasonable (especially with special offer).

I was able to schedule with them in a reasonable period of time, great customer service to book my service. The guy gar came to my house called and gave a heads up before arriving and once there was very nice and professional. They did a great job. I’ll definitely be using their service in the future.
