This is the second time that i have used them. The first time was to clean my tile. The tile came out cleaner than i could have ever imagined. Very thorough, cared about what he was doing, took his time, used great products on my carpets and stains and flushed out lots of soap that had been left in my carpet from the previous carpet cleaners. My tech did a nice job and was very nice. I also requested the carpets dry quickly because it was a cool day. He was responsive, my carpets look nice, and hopefully the spots he was able to remove stay gone.
