The technicians are very friendly and professional. My carpets always look great when they are done. They dry quickly and don't have the residue left behind by some other companies. I also love that it is not harmful to me or my pets.

I like the way my carpet stays cleaner longer. I like the idea of just using water to clean, no soap, so there's no residue to collect dirt.
