Once again, a super response and result from ZeroRez - both office staff, online services and the field team. The techs who have visited our home both times have been considerate, polite, well informed and professional - and very conscious of our safety as Seniors during this challenging time. In addition, the service provided was outstanding - and our carpet looks brand new - in spite of a couple of red wine spills! I like the method of cleaning. The person that cleaned my carpets was polite and courteous and ask if I was pleased and could he do anything else! Outstanding employee!

Ryan was prompt, let me know when he was 20 minutes away & wore his mask & booties the entire time. He explained the process to me, cleaned both bedrooms, a couch, loveseat & pillows without fuss. He added a fan where the computer table had to go ASAP, so it would dry quickly. He was courteous, friendly and I can't say enough good things about him, or your service. I will definitely recommend him & you to my friends, neighbors & anyone else who'll listen. And, no, Ryan did not pay me for this.
