Ryan was prompt, let me know when he was 20 minutes away & wore his mask & booties the entire time. He explained the process to me, cleaned both bedrooms, a couch, loveseat & pillows without fuss. He added a fan where the computer table had to go ASAP, so it would dry quickly. He was courteous, friendly and I can't say enough good things about him, or your service. I will definitely recommend him & you to my friends, neighbors & anyone else who'll listen. And, no, Ryan did not pay me for this.

Kevin was exceptional. He was very informative and personable. The cleaning came out really well and the carpets were dried in about 4-5 hours.

I like that my carpets are not left soggy wet. Area rugs are cleaned without damaging the floors underneath. You do a good job of cleaning then too.

Very very pleased with the job that Zerorez did on my carpet and tiles. He did superior job and got the grout white for the first time since I brought my home. My pets ruined the carpet but when he got done no odor and looked and smelled brand new!!! I only want my technician for my next appointment!!!

This is the 5th or 6th time Zerorez has done our carpets. We track a lot of dirt in through the garage so we try to keep ahead of it. This is a rental 3/2 house and the carpets are not new, but the no residue strategy of Zerorez appears to work. We're pleased with the result.
