I would have liked to blame my cat for the trails of "poop" on my white carpet, but it was mine. Sick and embarrassed, I needed help immediately, and there was my "mighty warrior" , John right when I needed him. He was quick, efficient and my messy secret was white and clean as new. First of all, the friendliness & rapport of your employee, Jamie was outstanding. Second, Jamie worked in a professional manner, went over the room charges with me, did exactly what she said she would do and even cleaned two protective high traffic carpet pieces that my wife and I use. The zerorez process is much quieter than other carpet cleaning services. AND the our carpets wound up sparkling clean - the best cleaning they've had since we've owned the house. It's enjoyable to walk barefooted on the carpet because it's so soft now. And no odors @ all! We are very very pleased.
