I have been using a different carpet cleaning service for several years. However, Zerorez has worked so good that spots which always returned after cleaning are no longer there. I also appreciate Zerorez coming back out to take care of a muddy track that I managed to make worse.

I am extremely pleased with my carpets now! My home has the original 21 year old carpeting and was beginning to look every bit of its age to include brown spots (thanks to my dogs). After the cleaning, I was amazed at how much brighter the carpets looked. They did not look this bright after I used the Rug Doctor. Since Zerorez uses no special cleaning solution, the rugs smell so much better. The feel of them is soft (without the chemical roughness).

Most importantly the results. Never expected our carpets to look so clean - almost like new. We also had 1 loveseat cleaned and after seeing the difference between the two pieces of furniture we had to have the second one done; the difference was so amazing (and kind of embarassing).

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a spray bottle of cleaner and it's been great in cleaning/pre-treating some smaller rugs with stains that I'd given up on. Just sorry I didn't do this sooner.

Such a pleasure it was to experience the Zerorez work that Stacy did...He was on time, very, very polite, a good listener, and worked diligently at the "not so tidy carpet" and two love seats where we certainly enjoy our TV shows~! I am satisfied with the whole procedure....
