As advertised- 11 years of dirt were removed. Other more tricky spots were discussed- and the tech,Steve- was very clear about how they would clean up. He said some would come out and others like our paint stain, he didn't think could be restored. Everything was communicated ahead of time, and I was very happy with carpet looking fresh again. ( the paint stain looks much better)

I like the fact that my carpets are clean, very clean, with no residue and no chemical odor! This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez and will haighly recommend them to our friends and family.

Chemical free and less drying time. The carpet doesn't feel crispy as it has in the past after other companies have cleaned for us.
