I HIGHLY recommend Zerorez! They drying time was great! There was literally no residue feeling on my carpets afterward at all. Also, no odor while drying which surprised me, being we have two little dogs, who have made some stains. Zerorez got them all up and treated those spots with natural enzymes that are still working. Brooks, the gentleman who cleaned our carpets was very friendly, professional and thorough. He even got gum out the carpet that I thought would never come up! I am so glad I heard about Zerorez on Xray.FM's Carl In The Morning Show 107.1FM! They will be the only carpet cleaning service we will ever use from now on!

I love the fact that there are no harmful chemicals used and no residue! And it smells nice. It also didn't take very long to dry, and it feels soft and fluffy! I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone!
I like that water is used instead of chemicals. Also carpet feels softer with the water cleaning.
The process/method is fantastic. My carpets are like new, and I have never been able to say that about any other commercial carpet company. Every aspect of contact is so professional.
