The guys were timely, and worked neatly. The carpet looks great in spite of it's age and quality. I will use Zerorez in the future and will gladly refer to friends and colleagues.

What do you like about our products and services?

You don't use soap so the carpet is not stiff when dry. Carpet dries quickly. We moved furniture back in the next evening after the carpets were cleaned.

I haven't spent any time in the house since it was cleaned, but the technicians were on time, very friendly, and nice to work with. My initial walk through of the carpet was good. I still need to check it now that it is dry.
