I was impressed by how many spots which were unable to be removed (One was from bright red "Joint Juice" which my mother spilled on the carpet) although not completely gone has been reduced to the most faint shadow of what it once was. I was also impressed with the softness of the carpet surface, and how quickly it dried.

I was never sure if getting my carpets cleaned more often was a good idea or not. With your company that is true. Peter went far beyond the call of duty at my Orchard property.
