The kind, professional service, from the staff that answer the phones, to the technician who completes the cleaning! I wish I could remember the two girls names I spoke with on the phone, but they were both very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions!
The technician who came out (Justin) was extremely professional and courteous! He wore little booties as to not soil my floors, then walked around and inspected the areas to be cleaned, discussed the procedures with me and explained about the procedures for area rugs I needed cleaned. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process(es) thoroughly!
The carpets looked great when he was through, and the whole house smelled cleaner and fresher!

My wife and I loved how clean the carpet looked after it dried. The technician was excellent and very profession. She recommended having our sofa section cleaned and it turned out fantastic. We loved how the carpet felt after it dried - not like other cleanings we have done over the years which left the carpet stiff.
