The project was good from start to finish. The coordination and communication was great. Your tech was on time and was very pleasant to work with. The completed product was great, we could walk around in our bare feet and did not have that crunchy feeling which was typical from past carpet cleaners. I like that there is no chemical residue and the fresh clean smell in the house after the carpets have been cleaned is unbeatable.

I had tried a few other products and methods (Bissell, hand scrubbing, etc) to remove some tough stains on my carpet before I heard about Zerorez from a friend. One quick phone call landed me a very reasonable estimate and an appointment a couple of days out. When I described the stains to the representative I spoke with on the phone, she was very honest in telling me that they may or may not be able to remove them completely, but the technician would be able to make a better assessment on site. On the day of my appointment, the technician (Jamie) called me a few hours before the time window to let me know when she would arrive. She was prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, she tackled those stains with a vengeance--completely eradicating them!--and my carpet looks brand new! It's rare that a product performs as well as it's advertised to, and rarer still for one to outperform its own claims, but Zerorez has done just that.

The technician took the time to listen to my concerns, look the areas over very carefully with a black light to identify urine spots from our pets, then made recommendations for our specific needs. I loved that the carpets felt clean and soft afterwards just like in their radio ads.

This is the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had! We had challenges with long-standing stains and everyone one was removed. Our service person (Peter, I believe is his name - apologies if I remembered incorrectly) was personable, intelligent, professional -- the best!
