Everything was on-time and done as promised. The technician's estimate was slightly higher than what I was told over the phone, but I was told up front that they might adjust for certain things. I felt the technician explained things well and the price change wasn't that big.

Your technicians are not pushy. The assess the area with an open mind. Our carpet was very soft, but I wanted hard wood floors due to the amount of hair/dander, and whatnot, that was on the pumpkin. Delivery was fast and efficient.
