We have had our carpet cleaned before by others, but NEVER has it looked AND felt this good! It truly IS clean! Brooks did a good job. He got to work right away and was done with everything in a couple of hours. This carpet is over 7 yrs. old and has the recycled plastic bottles as part of the fiber. Never again would we buy that product......but now we feel better about it. It actually looks and feels beautiful... almost like when it was new. He did a room that has commercial carpet, and then another that has ancient shag that is around 25 yrs. old. Wow...even that looks good. Thank you to Lars Larson and Christian Radio KPDQ for recommending ZEROREZ!

It was quick and well done for the most part but,
1 there were red wine stains that should have been removed that I did after the cleaning with window cleaner that only took three or four minutes.
2 I was given a total for the bill on the phone in amount of about $258 that turned out to be $290.00 plus on the final receipt.

Justin did a great job of getting my carpet really clean, including the black areas close to the baseboard. He was on time, very respectful of my home - he wore booties and used corner guards to protect doorways- and took the time to explain the process. My rugs are soft, amazingly clean, and smell fresh. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family!

Very happy with the service that Justin James did in our home. Justin James took care to explain what he would do with the issues We had going on and also told me about the options in care and cleaningif something was up to my expectations. Needless to say I was very happy that I was not pressured into a scam of paying a higher price for what I'd originally called for and was quoted but was more than happy to add stairs which I didn't think about. I will definitely have Zerorez back to clean my carpets and be more than happy by requesting Justin James to come out to our home. You have an awesome employee in this young man who Spoke very highly of his boss, the company he works for and has a high set of standards for himself.
