My wife and I loved how clean the carpet looked after it dried. The technician was excellent and very profession. She recommended having our sofa section cleaned and it turned out fantastic. We loved how the carpet felt after it dried - not like other cleanings we have done over the years which left the carpet stiff.

I was moving out of an apartment and needed the carpet and the hard surface flooring cleaned. The entire service took only an hour. Everything looked great! Tom Cray was my technician. He was nice, polite, and knowledgeable. The price for carpet cleaning, tile grout cleaning, kitchen and bathroom floors was very reasonable. I had my final walk through the next day. The property management and their maintenance tech were very pleased with the results. We all noticed how soft the carpet was....There was no "crunch" as we walked on it. I'm extremely satisfied and will be using Zerorez for my new home.
Customer service of the on site rep was fantastic - he was friendly and offered a great deal of information regarding products and services. We had a dog that was very ill in the last month of her life - the carpets looked almost new when the job was completed.
