The whole process was really smooth and quick, the technician was very friendly and helpful! He got stains out of our church and carpet that I thought would be there forever. We have a dog and a toddler so our carpets take a lot of abuse, after zerorez was done cleaning, it looks like we got new carpet! So grateful to zerorez! We will definitely be back!

Justin was very nice he worked hard only took about 1 and a 1/2 hours The rug was very clean cannot find any spots and its been 5 years since was cleaned.

Service is excellent from the person on the phone to the technician(Justin) who showed up. Everything was just as explained, done in a timely friendly and professional manner. The sale advertised was real w no up selling which helped me decide to have three chairs additionally cleaned! I didn't think my carpets would actually come clean but they certainly did.
