The technicians were extremely friendly, efficient and on-time. In the seven years I have been working as the business manager for my office, this is the best our carpets have ever looked.

I like not having soap residue. Carpet feels clean and fluffy again. Just a few minor spots could have been cleaned more. But overall very satisfied.

Tech arrived within the window as promised and finished even more quickly than expected. Did a nice job of cleaning the carpet overall and successfully got out all of the pet stains.

Everything was very straight forward. I had a pretty good idea on cost just by using the information provided on your website. The gal was very prompt, friendly and knowledgable. She even worked well with my old dog around. ;)

I liked that the sofas were dry enough to use within an hour of the technician being finished.

Your technicians were on time and called before arriving. They were very friendly and knowledgable, and made suggestions for services we might want to consider. They did not pressure or make us feel uncomfortable with the state of our dirty carpets. The price was fair, and we did wind up spending a bit more than we had anticipated initially. Worth every penny. My carpet and white couch (both quite "loved" by two labs, a cat, and lots and lots of teenagers) look fantastic! I can not believe that the carpet stains are really undetectable. The house smelled fresh (citrus?), the carpets dried fairly quickly and are really soft.
All of the reviews we read were positive, and now we know why. Zerorez delivered! We are absolutely thrilled with the results, and look forward to having Zerorez take care of our carpets each year.

The service was thoroughly completed and the carpets were dry within few hours. The service man was professional and nice.

Carpets did not appear to have residue from cleaning products after it dried. No bad wet carpet smell.
Some dirty corners were missed and didn't notice until after the service person was gone. Wish I had
