The service was on time, friendly and seemed well trained. He went about his duties in an efficient manner. He explained the process well and the equipment seemed to perform as was expected. After a short drying period I vacuumed the carpet. It was nice and soft and clean overall. I did have a couple stiff areas but those were my tough spots that required multiple passes so I understand that. It's so nice to come in the door in the evening and have a nice fresh smelling home to enjoy. Thank you.
