No remaining residue
Your representative was friendly, knowledgeable and offered many options. The quality and service was outstanding, There were several stubborn spots on the carpet no one has been able to remove, but the carpet is spotless less, soft and free of harsh chemicals. This is important as I have small grandchildren who frequently play on the carpet.
I had my kitchen granite cleaned and sealed and the carpets cleaned. The technician did a wonderful job, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that the carpet cleaning products are environmentally safe.

Your technician put up with more than an hour of extra Portland traffic to come clean carpets at our new condo. He provided the additional extra cleaning services (pet urine) and worked hard, completing the job at about 10:30 p.m. Excellent!

We could not have been happier with the excellent service from Joel Johnson and ZeroRez.
Our dog got extremely sick after eating something that she should not have and puked up black grease in several spots on our white carpets. Then we did all the wrong things in trying to clean up the mess ourselves. We really thought we would need to replace the carpets immediately.
Our technician Joel, worked so hard to get up the residual mess and now we can't even see the brown spots!
The best part for me is that he primarily used special waters. One water is so high in pH that it dissolves grease and one water is so acidic that it will neutralize bacteria and break down animal enzymes. There is no soapy residue on the carpet or odd smell. This is green technology at it's finest. All the carpets and furniture he treated are fully sanitized and look like new.
