I've used you twice, and both times the technicians have been very polite, pleasant and great to work with. We had one area with pet staining (urine), and for some reason the cleaning was not nearly as effective as the last time, even though the staining and odor was far worse the last time. I don't know if the stain removal treatment you're using changed, or if it just wasn't as effective this time for some other reason. That said, I still believe your service and results are far better than your competitors, and I will certainly continue to use, and recommend you in the future. I want to reiterate the professionalism of the Tech. he is a great guy, and a great representative for your company. Thanks, see you in about 6 months.

Justin was very efficient, friendly and explained your method of cleaning the carpets and completed the job in a timely manner. I have been shampooing the carpets with an Elextrolux Shampooer that we own but I injured my arm in a fall and can no longer handle the heavy machine. Justin said that I had maintained the carpets very well and especially since they are almost off white.
