However, the worst area at the base of the stairs looks great but still smells terrible. We
may be replacing that carpet. The Last name removed was very friendly, fast and explained things well. We had a doctor's appointment right after he finished and we made it in plenty of time.
There is no soap residue left behind. Your service people are very polite and accommodating.

Very friendly prompt service, gal on the phone was super nice and helpful and so was the technician. My only complaint is that the carpets were wetter and took much longer to dry than expected. One of the reasons I chose Zerorez was because it was supposed to be a less wet process than other carpet cleaners.
