They successfully removed pet odor from the living room where our old dog had been using a section of the room as her own private restroom rather then going outside. What a mess. Needless to say the dog has been banded from the room now. We had the same room cleaned by Zerorez about a year ago as well and we were very impressed with how clear and soft the carpet was. The dogs incontinence only started about six weeks ago. Zerorez saved our carpet and saved us the cost of replacing the carpet.
