One thought comes to my mind regarding Tom who did my cleaning.
I do not know if it was because it was a cooler day than I had planned or
because the suction was a little weak on the hose.
My drying time seemed quite long even in spite of cranking the heat
up to 75"F and turning on the overhead and portable fans and later
opening the windows.
Anyway Tom was a real nice gentleman!

My only critique, is that the service tech said he was going to give us a discount after surveying what we wanted done, and it didn't appear that he gave it to us on the receipt/invoice. To be fair, he have given it to us, but it wasn't apparent. The final price looked like the original price he quoted.
