We were amazed that they cleaned the more than THIRTY year old carpet as much as they did!!!!!!!They cleaned every spot that they could. . . but on others the carpet was too worn and the dirt ground into it. . . but even those places are MUCH better!!!!

Called and got next day service. Stacy is a personable individual which made me want to seek out an opportunity to do business with your company. Receptionist were prompt and friendly. Justin came out to do my service, he called with notification and asked for permission to show up early. He was knowledgeable of his product and service and I felt comfortable leaving him to do his work unmonitored.

It turns out soft just like new and looks just great. Soooo clean even smells good, plus the staff are friendly and very helpful, always answer all your questions. Our tech was "Brooks" and he was extremely nice and did an excellent job. We would ask for him again.
