I had not had my carpets cleaned in years. My previous experiences had been poor -wet soggy carpets that got dirtier by the day. So I was pleased when your technician arrived on time, at the beginning of the appointment window, not at the end. He explained the process in detail and I felt very comfortable before he began. There was one spot I was concern about getting up, but that came out beautifully. The carpet was only damp when the process was complete, not soggy. It made me wonder why I had waited so long to have this done. Thanks for making this process so easy!

Efficient process; the nearly -0- odor was great; carpets look good even though they are old; sub-extraction is still damp (1/19); subextraction not completely effective, but we recognize that age of carpet, et.al. has more to do with that than the app itself.

(from your radio advertisements, I had the impression the carpets would effectively dry when the technicians left the house. This is the reason I switched carpet cleaners to try Zerorez. But that was not the case. The carpets weren't soaked, but they weren't dry like I had expected base on the radio spots. )
