We could not have been happier with the excellent service from Joel Johnson and ZeroRez.

Our dog got extremely sick after eating something that she should not have and puked up black grease in several spots on our white carpets. Then we did all the wrong things in trying to clean up the mess ourselves. We really thought we would need to replace the carpets immediately.

Our technician Joel, worked so hard to get up the residual mess and now we can't even see the brown spots!

The best part for me is that he primarily used special waters. One water is so high in pH that it dissolves grease and one water is so acidic that it will neutralize bacteria and break down animal enzymes. There is no soapy residue on the carpet or odd smell. This is green technology at it's finest. All the carpets and furniture he treated are fully sanitized and look like new.

I liked the prompt service and professional staff, he was very mindful of protecting the rest of the house while performing the cleaning of our basement carpets that had some water exposure. And with a few strategically placed floor fans the drying time was nearly cut in half:)
